Year 11 (GCSE)
Students at de Ferrers once again celebrated record Y11 results - 73% achieved 5 A*-C grades including English & Maths (Basics), our best ever performance.
The Academy also achieved an impressive 77% in the new headline figure of students achieving both English and Maths at A*-C.
Progress 8 score is +0.27
Attainment 8 score = 53.6
Students achieving E-bacc = 39% of cohort
There were many amazing student success stories, including Owen Wardle, James Burns, Amy Purdom, Jack Taylor and Ola Wolnicka who all achieved at least 10 A* grades.
Results at The de Ferrers Academy continue to increase at a much faster rate than the national average for England, against a backdrop of massive curriculum and policy change. The performance of our Pupil Premium students also continues to be well above the national average.
Year 13 (A level)

The Academy's students broke records across the full range of subjects, improving on already good performances on both the A-level and Vocational/Technical routes. The Sixth Form has gone from strength-to-strength, with the best ever performances in the Average Point Score and the percentage of grades being awarded in the A* - B range; these are particularly impressive achievements, given that this is our largest student cohort.
