The de Ferrers Academy has a Careers Programme aligned to the Government's new Career Strategy. Our programme connects careers education and learning to the future by giving students a clear idea of pathways to jobs/careers.

The Academy endeavours to provide support to enable students to make well informed and realistic decisions to enable successful transitions to the next stage of their lives.

Validation and evaluation of CEIAG programme   

Our careers programme is evaluated, analysed and reviewed using a variety of methods, including:

• One to one guidance interviews
• Careers surveys
• Staff and student feedback   
• Destination data
• Post intervention evaluation

This data provides us with information to prove and improve the effectiveness of our current careers offer.

The de Ferrers CEIAG programme was reviewed in September 2022.
